Over the bank was inspired by the bank race in Punchestown called the la Touche cup where horses race over a large bank.
There is a knack to crossing it without losing much time or momentum but it means you have to be foot perfect.
This sculpture has a very personal value for me as I made it in a friends studio after she got a bad result from a cancer test.
Thank God she has since recovered but it set me on a journey of learning about healing through faith and love.
